$225 per 50 minute session for individual therapy sessions
$275 per 50 minutes for couples therapy sessions.

Can I have my baby with me?

I let parents choose their preference if they want their newborns with them in counseling during the first few months after birth. I have found this usually works well as the baby tends to nurse/bottle feed and sleep a lot during that time. Once the baby grows into the more active crawling stage (or if they are very distracting before then) I recommend clients have someone else care for their child while they prioritize their mental health in therapy sessions.

Do we need to be in the same location for couples therapy?

As long as you are both California residents, you will each get your own links to access the online telehealth therapy appointment from whatever private location is convinent for you. Therefore, each person can join from a different location for therapy.

Do you do therapy with children or adolescents?

I only see adults who are over 18 years old and I do not work with children. However, I am happy to work with parents who are having difficulties parenting their children due to things from their own past that keep coming up. Additionally, I can assist with referrals for other therapists who see children.
